The eagle-eyed will already have spotted the green menu bar at the top and the side panel to the left have additions. As we gear up for the first official AFSAD tour with Jon and his Remnant Kings playing a series of dates, we’ve added a new page. Have a look, as obviously the dates are there. We’ll be updating with additional information and news of the planned singing sessions. I’d like to hear from anybody who’s going for starters and we may open up the page to take details of other singing sessions that you are involved in if you care to let us know about them. I hope (along with all of the other things he’s got to do) Jon may find time for a little tour diary. I also hope to see some of you at one or more of the shows.

Jon and John were recent visitors to Proper Towers and we coaxed them into the studio (link here) and set the camera rolling for a quick chat about their career to date by way of previewing the forthcoming 10^th Birthday spectacular. Yes, it’s yours truly, back resolutely to camera, while the interesting stuff happens on the other sofa, including an impromptu duet through I’d like To Tell To You, our Song Of The Day back on December 29^th. The duo will be touring in March and early April with a special climax at Shepherd’s Bush Empire on May 11^th. There are tickets available and you can link here for those. You can also download the interview as a podcast. It’s the latest instalment, just type Properganda Podcast into the i-tunes store search bar for more. The others are audio only, but there’s some exclusive music to be had in some of the episodes. I’ll leave you to dabble should you feel so inclined.

Navigator Records, the record label which releases the AFSAD albums, along with Spiers & Boden, Bellowhead and many of the other members of Bellowhead’s albums has a January sale on at the moment over on their Navigator store website. All CDs are reduced by £1, while vinyl albums have £3 off (and the VAT increase is being held back until the end of the sale), unfortunately the sale doesn’t include any of the AFSAD albums or any digital versions of any other albums but there’s still plenty of bargains to be had.
