A reminder that the Alternative Advent Calendar of songs is reaching its climax and some of you will appreciate the selection as it’s decidely secular even pagan in places. You can link to it on the home page here, and just scroll back through the other days. The songs go live at the same time as these do (at least in theory) and I’m also making a media player with all 26 (yes there’s an extra one) songs available on Christmas Day for those that have an Alled jones allergy and perhaps want a slightly different soundtrack to the day. There’s lots of other stuff to play on the site as well although not all is folk oriented. Have a dabble. I hope you find something of interest.
